The Royal Australian Navy has joined partner navies from Japan, the Republic of Korea and the United States for three days of warfare exercises, involving 1,500 personnel, eight ships, a submarine and aircraft. HMAS Stuart III and HMAS Arunta II are participating in Exercise PACIFIC VANGUARD off the coast of Guam as part of the Navy’s Regional Presence Deployment through the Pacific and Southeast Asia.
