Todays view of the Port Huron Rapids! 🌬 The narrowest point of the St. Clair River, 800 feet, is at Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron. This is where Lake Huron funnels into the river resulting in faster water speeds than the rest of the river. Overall the high winds, narrowing water flow & decrease in depth creates a rapid.
