RATT IEP) was released independently in 1983 on the Time Coast label. It was later rereleased after the success of "OOTC" by Atlantic Records. The famous legs on the cover is that of Tawny Kitaen. Then girlfriend of Robbin Crosby. She also posed for the next album of release. Check out the jackets I shared in this video. I proudly wore them both in my high school days.
