The Seahawks hope their momentum carries over both through their bye week and across the country when they visit the Commanders for a Week 9 "Sunday Night Football" showdown.

Two players were ruled out before today’s injury report was released. WR Terry McLaurin (quad) and TE Colson Yankoff (hamstring) will miss another game. McLaurin had just come back from a 4-game absence before aggravating his quad injury laying out for a pass. Yankoff will be missing his second game in a row with the hamstring injury.
