New York State Police arrested 34-year-old Timothy Besaw from Gansevoort after police say he intentionally hit two Walmart employees with his vehicle outside a Walmart in Wilton following a shoplifting attempt.

A 34-year-old man is accused of shoplifting from a Walmart in upstate New York and then ramming employees with his car when confronted. Troopers in Saratoga County responded to the Wilton Walmart store for a disturbance shortly after 11 p.
