Beginning March 13, 2020, the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Military Post Offices will stop accepting handwritten customs forms on packages destined for international addresses.
Starting Oct. 1, customers mailing packages to or from a military post office are required to fill out a United States Postal Service customs form online.
The form can be completed online at the USPS website and printed, along with an address label, for presentation at the post office. Customers will need to create a free account to access this service.
