Smith & Wesson's Shield Plus, released in 2021, built on the tremendous success of the company's earlier M&P Shield, which provided a flush-fit magazine capacity of seven rounds.

The M&P Shield Plus Standard model has a price tag of $553 while the Performance model has a $896 price tag.
