When it comes to embedded and industrial applications, of course, a simple DOS is all you want and need, not to mention for a utility you boot from a USB stick.

A few years ago I created as FreeDOS bootable CD to flash the bios on my old motherboard. I added the bios to the bootable CD so that when I booted into FreeDOS I could just run it from there.

From there choose to boot to the second option “FreeDOS ** FAT32. At the next screen pick the first option, to “boot with el toreto cd rom driver” (default) ...
