It looks like Isaiah Collier is nearing his opportunity to make his official season debut for the Utah Jazz. According to a team announcement, Isaiah Collier has been recalled from the Salt Lake City Stars,

Utah released its latest city edition uniforms Thursday, featuring a gradient design quite similar to that of the team’s first city edition threads in 2017.
The Utah Jazz will be a part of the NBA's first batch of NBA Cup games on Halloween night against the Phoenix Suns for their second meeting of the season, and will look to rattle off a 3-2 start through five games, as well as kicking off their in-season tournament slate 1-0.
According to the Utah Jazz, they have exercised fourth-year rookie-scale team options on Keyonte George, Taylor Hendricks, and Brice Sensabaugh. They also extended third-year rookie-scale team options on Isaiah Collier and Cody Williams.
