President Donald Trump ’s decision to pardon Changpeng Zhao, the founder of a cryptocurrency exchange convicted of money laundering, is the most recent in a string of controversial pardon moves.

The U.S. military conducted its eighth strike against an alleged drug vessel, killing two people, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Wednesday.

Trump’s pardon of Zhao paves the way for the crypto mogul to return to the business he helped found in 2017.
