A file transfer window opens on your computer. Browse your folders to drag and drop the photos you want to transfer to your computer. Your camera roll is located in the DCIM folder.

When traveling with a camera and without a Mac, you can use an adapter or cable and the Files app to upload pictures.

You can turn on the camera on your Windows computer immediately using the built-in Camera app, or another app that uses it.
