Under an order taking effect at noon Monday, all short-term lodging will be closed in Estes Park and the surrounding area. The order is set to stay in effect through April 17.

The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment and the Town of Estes Park have closed short-term accommodations within the Estes Valley to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

There are 339 licensed short-term rentals among the Estes Park Valley’s almost 7,300 homes, up from 206 in 2010.
