ASHEVILLE, N.C. ( WBTV /Gray News) - A Charlotte woman won a multimillion-dollar jackpot thanks to purchasing a scratch-off lottery ticket at the convenience store where she works. According to the North Carolina Lottery, Swati Amin bought the $30 Carolina Black Premier ticket from BJ’s Foot Mart, where she occasionally works, on Michigan Avenue.
“I was in disbelief,” he said in the release.
