Uninstalling apps. Anything you installed from a command line still needed to be removed using the traditional Windows add/remove programs dialog.

I double click the Add-Remove Programs icon, brief hourglass cursor, then nothing. Does anybody know what could be happening. Everything else works fine on my system, except I can't get to Add ...
