In a video shared on X by the Fever, coach Stephanie White gathered her players to deliver a brief announcement: guard Kelsey Mitchell had been named the WNBA’s Eastern Conference Player of the Week for Week 11 of the 2025 season.
Mitchell, who has had to shoulder most of the scoring load with Clark sidelined, is now averaging a career-high 20.1 points, which is good for fourth in the league. She also passed Fever icon and Hall of Famer Tamika Catchings for the most 30-point games in Fever history.
