The Indianapolis Colts concluded their 2025 preseason in dominant fashion, defeating the Cincinnati Bengals on the road 41-14.

The Colts broke training camp last week, transitioning to a normal week of game preparation in advance of Saturday’s preseason finale in Cincinnati.

Both teams are expected to rest their starters when the Bengals host the Colts in a Saturday preseason matinee.

The Colts actually have a pretty loaded roster outside of the quarterback position, so it stands to reason that Indianapolis may still win a decent amount of games with Jones under center, which may take the team out of position for a top quarterback in the 2026 NFL Draft.

There’s a lot of complaining in the fantasy football community about what they see as the unjust benching of Anthony Richardson in favor of Jones.

Richardson’s best hope should be to get a chance to play for Indianapolis this year to put together a positive audition tape.
